The 2017 edition will now last for 3 days in 2 locations, and we are expecting over 10,000 visitors.
Every year we try to fill Pixel Heaven with outstanding events. In 2013 we were visited by Frédérick Raynal, creator of Alone in the Dark. We held panels with the creators of such Polish magazines as Bajtek, Top Secret and Secret Service, and we discussed the origins of gamedev in Poland. A year later we hosted two gamedev legends: Jon “Jops” Hare – the founder of Sensible Software (who also played a live gig for us) and Mike Montgomery – a co-founder of Bitmap Brothers. We were the first to show live gameplay of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter; we also hosted the Polish Pinball Open, our first international pinball competition, and staged the Pixel Heaven Awards, Poland’s largest international competition for independent game developers (Pixel.Awards). Next years Pixel Heaven was visited by ia. Oliver Twins, Ben Daglish, Petro Tyschtschenko. Expect something special also for 2017!
Announcements and coverage in countrywide media, lifestyle magazines and websites, in gaming and technology media, plus in social media and in forums. There is no true gamer or industry actor who has not heard many good things about Pixel Heaven.
Participating in Pixel Heaven guarantees you reach an attractive group of adults (and their children) who are interested in games and the latest technologies, and who actually make active use of them.
The uniquely casual and friendly event atmosphere will help present your company in a favourable setting, and will ensure a positive reception of your brand among the event’s participants. At Pixel Heaven, we just let things happen.
